I did the upgrade and now my site does not work anymore. I get this message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_wsenabled_story() (previously declared in /home/viosac/private/system/lib-plugins.php:2975) in /home/viosac/private/system/lib-story.php on line 902

if I try to run install/upgrade I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_escapestring() in /home/viosac/private/system/lib-security.php on line 699

Sounds like some of the files were not properly overwritten when uploading the new release. I would recommend that you grab the full release and re-FTP everything up to the site. Then run the upgrade.
