Does the new version of glFusion have a progress bar?
Can users search events by topic, city, state, type, date ect?

When uploading to Media Gallery, there is a flash based uploader that provides a progress bar. For other areas, like uploading to the FileMgmt plugin or uploading attachments to the forum, no progress bar there.

You can search by just about anything in the database, but there isn't a good way to say 'just search city' or 'just search this field or that field', so I don't think we can do what you are requesting.
