PayPal Plugin 0.4.2 Released

The PayPal plugin has been updated to version 0.4.2.  This version contains fixes or enhancements for three issues, one of which would prevent the administrator from saving product records using Internet Explorer.

The changes in this version are:

• Users Cannot save product records with IE. 
  An issue was identified with IE's handling of the <button> tag.  Thanks to Zebra2 for helping debug this.
• Enable or disable ratings per product. 
  Ratings can now be enabled or disabled for each product.  For some products, such as donations, ratings may not make sense.
• Comments always enabled for new products despite global config. 
  The product form now honors the administrator-defined default settings for comments when creating new products.

Also, debugging via the "Debug" and "Debug IPN" configuration settings is more verbose to help diagnose issues.
