Media Gallery Global Album Edit did not update the Display Image Skin

When you do a Global Album Edit, the Display Image Skin did not update properly.

The following update provided by Walter Rowe will resolve the issue and properly save changes you make to the Display Image Skin.

private/plugins/mediagallery/include/global.php

This patch should only be applied to glFusion v1.2.0 and will be included in glFusion v1.2.0 Patch Level 6 delta archive when it is released.
