glFusion v1.2.0 Patch Level #4 Updates

A few more minor issues have been identified since the initial release of glFusion v1.2.0 so we are releasing patch level #4 to address the following issues...

• Add patch level to version checker - now reports if new patch level updates are available
• Plugin user preferences were not properly saved in admin user editor
• Comment disclaimer displayed when no comments had been entered yet
• htmlspecialchars_decode() is a PHP5 only function. Updated lib-common to load the compatible function when running PHP4.
• Forum: footer.thtml template did not work with custom/ directory
• Setting comment edit time to 0 did not allow unlimited time to edit comments - instead it prevented comments from being edited
• When story.admin user selects contribute, the redirect was broken that took them to the admin story editor
• The block admin interface allowed default blocks to be deleted
• linksrc: was not included in allowed autotag options for the MG Media Browser in the advanced editor

To simplify the installation of this patch level release, we have packaged all the updated files into a single archive. Download the file and copy the files to your server. There is no need to run the upgrade wizard.
